This article explains how to proceed in the event of an accident when a person has a valid Sporttiturva insurance in Suomisport.
When the person has Sporttiturva:
If an accident occurs, check the instructions in the Sporttiturva product descriptions and always first contact the Pohjola Health Advisor service.
Pohjola Health Advisor is available at 0100 5225 or in the Pohjola Hospital app.
You can find the insurance product description and other important insurance information in your Sport Account.
Log in to your account > click Insurances > click the insurance “Menu” button > select Show more information.
If you have any questions or notice missing information in the insurance details, contact the federation first. Federations create the insurances in the service, and only they can assist with issues related to the insurance itself.

When the person has a sports insurance from their own insurance company:
Contact your own insurance company’s customer service immediately after the accident and follow their further instructions.
