How can users be added to or removed from the service?

The administrator of the club or sports federation is responsible for the management of new users. 

In order to access the Tähtiseura online service, a new user will need a personal Sport account and access rights to the service. New users must send their Sport account’s ID number to the administrator and ask the administrator to invite them to become a Tähtiseura user


Upon receiving the invitation, new users must do as instructed. After this, they can log in to the service by clicking the Log in button and entering their e-mail address and password.

If your administrator is no longer involved in your club’s activities and a replacement has not been assigned, please contact our customer service: suomisport@olympiakomitea.fi. The Suomisport customer service is available on weekdays 8 am–4 pm.
