The administrator of the club or sports federation is responsible for the management of new users.
In order to access the Tähtiseura online service, a new user will need a personal Sport account and access rights to the service. New users must send their Sport account’s ID number to the administrator and ask the administrator to invite them to become a Tähtiseura user.
Upon receiving the invitation, new users must do as instructed. After this, they can log in to the service by clicking the Log in button and entering their e-mail address and password.

If your administrator is no longer involved in your club’s activities and a replacement has not been assigned, please contact our customer service: suomisport@olympiakomitea.fi. The Suomisport customer service is available on weekdays 8 am–4 pm.
