Sports Account is every individual's (such as athlete’s) personal and customized profile or user account on the Suomisport service. Sports-ID is a personal 8- or 9-digit numerical code that can be found on your own Sports Account. You create the account and Sports-ID when accessing the service for the first time.
You need to use your own Sports Account every time you interact with Suomisport.
A guardian/parent must have their own account when dealing on behalf of their dependents.
Through Sports-ID, Suomisport identifies and distinguishes users, ensuring that information stays up-to-date without the need for duplicate accounts, regardless of the sport, club, or activity.
Sports-ID is not a login/username for the service but a personal identifier for the person, which remains the same throughout life. Thanks to this individualization, your information remains secure, and you can always check it yourself.
Sports-ID allows the athlete to be recognized, for example, at competition venues or other events.
On your Sports Account, you can find:
- Acquired club memberships and digital membership cards.
- View purchased licenses/game passes and insurances.
- Access to purchase services and register for events.
- View your club's calendars, payments, and receipts.
- Sports Accounts information and information for your dependents.
