The quality programme determines the quality criteria that Tähtiseura must fill in. Some of the quality criteria are shared by all clubs, but each area (children and young people, adults, top-level athletes) has its own quality criteria.
You can also view the quality factors through the online service on the Club’s development path page. Sections of the development path can be previewed without clicking the Start development/Start new audit button.
All quality factors are also presented on the Finnish Olympic Committee’s website at: https://www.olympiakomitea.fi/seuratoiminta/tahtiseurat-seurojen-laatuohjelma/tahtiseuran-laatutekijat/ (only in Finnish)
Tähtiseura quality factors are updated regularly. If the development path has been activated before, the older quality factors remain in still in use.
