What are the minimum requirements for the attached materials?

In Tähtiseura development work, it is recommended to attach and link as much additional information as possible in connection with the self-assessment of quality factors. This ensures that information is documented and facilitates the auditor’s evaluation process. In this article, we explain what material must be included as a minimum to allow the club to proceed to the audit stage.


At least the following materials must be attached before the audit:

  • Club rules
  • The club’s latest annual report and financial statements
  • The club’s action plan and budget
  • Operations manual or corresponding documents
  • Coaching and instruction policies
  • Results of feedback surveys
  • Rule boards – e.g. link to website
  • Financial code of practice
