It is a good idea to attach and link as much additional information as possible to the self-assessment of the quality criteria to document the information and facilitate the auditor’s work.
At least the following materials must be attached before the audit:
- Club rules
- The club’s latest annual report and financial statements
- The club’s action plan and budget
- Operations manual or corresponding documents
- Coaching and instruction policies
- Results of feedback surveys
- Rule boards – e.g. link to website
- Financial code of practice
