Our club wants to stop using Suomisport – what should we do?

If your club discontinues its operations or otherwise wants to stop using Suomisport, your club is responsible for the data and payments related to members, recreational participants, athletes and other individuals.

Do the following:


  1. Inform your members about the matter.
  2. Notify Suomisport customer service about the termination: suomisport@olympiakomitea.fi
  3. Check whether any individuals have unpaid fees in Suomisport and decide what you want to do with them.
  4. Remove all individuals from membership classes and the club’s groups. Note: Do not remove individuals before you have decided what to do with the unpaid fees.
  5. Notify Svea Payments about ending the payment service at info.payments@svea.fi, and include your club’s business ID (y-tunnus). Termination can only be done by the main administrator or an authorized signatory.
