In this article, we’ll show you how to check whether your club already has an account in the service.
STEP 1 – Check your club’s Suomisport account and organization users’ permissions
Check that your club has an "account". If you don’t know whether your club has a Suomisport account, contact our customer service: suomisport@olympiakomitea.fi.
Ensure the club has at least one club admin who can manage the club’s matters. Every club user must have their own Sport account.
Review and update the user rights of the club’s other organization users and familiarize yourself with user rights management.

The easiest way is to do the check together with our customer service. We will verify whether your club already exists in the service, invite new club users, or update existing rights if they are no longer current.
Club users can also check rights independently by signing in at www.suomisport.fi/signin.
After signing in, navigate to the club’s home page from the Menu button in the top right corner.
By clicking the menu button, you should see a button to the club account, as shown in the image below.
On the club home page, you can check whether the club has Administrators
.
