Onboarding Step 3 – Getting Started with the Features

This article series (Onboarding Steps 1–4) helps your club set up Suomisport and start using its various features. At the bottom of each article, you’ll find a button to move to the next or previous step.
This article provides help for getting started with the core features of the service.


Once the payment service agreement initiated in Step 2 is ready, you can start using Suomisport!


The following modules are available to you, accessible from your club’s Suomisport home page:

  • Administration tools (memberships, member list/register, membership fees)
  • Activity tools (events, group and team management, training calendar, group events)
  • Development tools (Tähtiseura online service)


We recommend first familiarizing yourself with the service’s features and deciding where to begin.

We recommend enabling features one at a time.
Start with the part of the service that feels most suitable for your club.
Practice and test first with a small core group who can support others as usage expands. It’s also a good idea to download the Suomisport app to your phone right away!
