Why does the login code not work?

As a user, you log in to Suomisport using a one-time login code, which you can request to be sent to the email address associated with your Sports Account or via text message to your phone.

 

If the code doesn't arrive or doesn't work, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that you have entered your phone number or email address correctly.


2. Confirm that you have requested the code to be sent to the same email or phone number you used when creating your personal Sports Account.


3. Try logging in using an alternative method, either with your phone or email, or download the Suomisport mobile app from the app store (AppStore or Google Play).

4. Make sure you are attempting to log in with the latest, valid code. 
The one-time login code is valid for 10 minutes. If the code has expired, request a new one.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If your email address is unique, for example, firstname@lastname.com, the link encoding may change due to the coding used by your email service provider. In this case, always request the login code to be sent to your mobile phone. 

If you still encounter login issues or if both your email and phone number have changed since your last login, 
please contact our customer service by sending a service request or via email: suomisport@olympiakomitea.fi.


Suomisport customer service is available on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm.
