How is the attachment bank in Tähtiseura online service used, and what are its terms of use?

The Suomisport Tähtiseura online service includes an attachment bank feature for club users. This article describes the use of the attachment bank and its terms of use.

Club users can access the attachment bank through the top bar. You can add attachments to the bank and then link them to a specific quality criterion in the club’s development path.

Terms of Use for the Attachment Bank

• Only materials related to the content of the Tähtiseura program and the development work of the club or the sports division of a multi-sport club may be uploaded to the service.
• The user is solely responsible for the files added to the attachment bank and their management.
• In the development path view, an attachment can be added directly from the user's own computer or linked from the club's attachment bank.
• There is no limit to the number of attachments, but the file size and format are predefined.
• An auditor has the right to remove an attachment from the development path, but the file remains in the attachment bank, which is managed by the club's users.
• The attachments are visible to individuals in the club who have access rights to the Tähtiseura online service. Additionally, attachments added to the development path are visible to the club's development officers/auditors and to those managing the online service at the Olympic Committee.

How can an auditor view our club's attachments?

• Only attachments that are linked to a quality criterion are shown to the auditor/club developer.
• Access the club’s development path and click the Add attachment button next to the quality criterion.

• Then, select an attachment either directly from the attachment bank or from your own computer. If you add an attachment from your computer, it will also be saved in the attachment bank.
