Why did I receive a payment reminder from Suomisport?

Suomisport sends automatic notifications to participants and their guardians regarding club fees when:


  • the club has assigned a new membership or seasonal fee to the participant
  • a membership or seasonal fee assigned by the club is approaching its due date or has already become overdue (notifications are sent every 14 days after the due date until the fee is paid or the club removes the charge)


Notifications are sent to the Suomisport mobile app as well as to the email addresses of both the participant and their guardian.


The message always includes:

  • who the fee concerns
  • what the fee is for
  • which club the fee is from
  • the due date


If you believe the fee is unnecessary or incorrect

If you feel that the fee is unnecessary or incorrect, please contact the club that issued the fee.

If the fee concerns a new membership period and you no longer wish to be a member of the club, contact the club and request to terminate your membership.


Only the club, as a user of the Suomisport service, can make changes to its own fees and memberships
