The seasonal/membership fee is stuck pending confirmation

Generally, when a payment shows as "pending confirmation," it means that something happened during the payment process. The payment might have been interrupted prematurely, or it might go through with a delay.

• If you believe you confirmed the payment normally, it is possible that the payment will go through with a delay, in which case the "pending confirmation" status will disappear and change to a completed payment within a few banking days.
• If the payment was interrupted before confirmation, it might not go through at all. In this case, the "pending confirmation" status will disappear/return to an open payment within a few days.
• Check how the payment appears in your bank account. Usually, payments in the "pending" status appear as authorizations in the bank, not yet as debited payments. If the payment appears to have gone through but still shows as pending confirmation in Suomisport, please contact customer service at suomisport@olympiakomitea.fi.

A payment in the pending status does not prevent you from making the payment. So, if you know that the payment was interrupted before confirmation, you can try to make the payment again normally.
